ELITE祭 2025 IN OSAKA

お申込みの際に、以下の規約の全てに同意いただいたものと みなすことになりますので、必ず規約を熟読の上、お申込みください。

≪規約≫
①参加するに当たり、注意事項を厳守しインストラクター及びスタッフの指示に従う事を約束します。
②私は、健康であり、レッスンに堪えうる事を申告致します。
また、当日、発熱や風邪などの症状がある場合は来場を控えます。この場合も下記⑦項に従います。
③参加中に事故、盗難、怪我、その他のトラブルが発生し私が損害を被った場合、インストラクターおよびスタッフ、参加メンバーに対して何等かの請求もしくは要求は致しません。
④イベント当日中に撮影された写真や動画を 参加者の許可なく SNS等に使用しても何も問題ありません。
⑤イベント中の写真及び動画撮影、配信等の禁止を承知いたします。
⑥未成年者同伴の場合は、親権者であり保護者である私がその責を負うものとします。
⑦支払い後、自己都合によりキャンセルする場合、返金／振替は請求致しません。
⑧EVENTが天災や施設の都合、出演者の事故や 病気等でやむを得ず中止、変更になった場合の 振替や開催日変更は 主催者の指示に従います。

By applying, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions. Please read the terms thoroughly before submitting your application.
<Terms and Conditions>
1. I promise to strictly observe the precautions and follow the instructions of the instructor and staff when participating.
2. I declare that I am in good health and capable of participating in the lesson. Additionally, I will refrain from attending if I experience symptoms such as a fever or cold on the day of the lesson. In such cases, I will adhere to No.7 below.
3. In the event of an accident, theft, injury, or any other trouble during participation that results in damage to myself, I will not make any claims or demands against the instructors, staff, or other participants.
4. Photos and videos taken on the day of the event may be used on social media and other platforms without the participants' permission and without any issues.
5. I understand that it is forbidden to take video during the lesson.
6. I will not claim refunds, transfers or substitute participation for cancellations due to my own reasons after payment has been made.
7. In case of cancellation due to personal reasons after payment, no refunds or rescheduling requests will be accepted.
8. If the event is unavoidably canceled or changed due to natural disasters, venue issues, performer accidents, or illnesses, rescheduling or changes to the event date will follow the organizer's instructions.
